It was great pleasure to work with Paul, he is a good professional , energetic and passionate about his programming work. Immediately after I met him, I felt the connection and the trust which developed between us. After two years , I can say that Paul is always willing to give hands to help others, and always open minded for new ideas. I've worked with Paul for about 9 months during which I was impressed by his self motivation and constructive positive attitude. His programming skills made him rapidly become a truly valuable asset of the team. Dedication towards performance and making things better allows him to improve everyday. I've met Paul in september 2013 and we have been working in the same team since. In the time that we have been coworkers, Paul has always proved that he is a very capable person, always wanting to work more, rapidly develop his skills and knowledges and have better results. I had the pleasure of working with Dragos at Dell, we were both part of the first local team recruited for the "Lease Transformation" program. The team was composed of 1 Scrum Master, 1 Project Manager and 7 Developers. As Dell Financial Service acquired a new leasing platform our task was to build a suite of applications that will provide the integration between Dell already existing applications and the new leasing platform. In this context, we had the opportunity to share ideas and to debate on the best approach for each application as we were building our microservice architecture. I had a great collaboration with Dragos and enjoyed our brain storming session about what will be the best scalable approach for our design. He was open minded to suggestions and was passionate to learn new technologies and new processes.

When we met, we were at the beginning of our careers inside the company, each one trying to adapt to his new role. Being in the position of Applications Delivery Manager, Dragos was part of my team, counting at the time more than 50 persons. Initially we worked together within the company, then after a few months, he went to work on a project at the client's headquarters on a long-term basis. Nevertheless, we kept in touch through recurring meetings and followed-up his progress as well as how he managed the project, maintained a good customer relationship and delivered according to the quality standards. He showed great spirit, willing to adapt to new challenges and to new teams, which helped our business a lot. During our collaboration, I have witnessed how Dragos has evolved and strongly developed both his technical and business skills, which made our discussions more and more interesting.

In his IT role, Paul has proven more than just expertize area, through his customer focus and willingness to support. He is a solid professional who is a reliable working partner to the Commercial Excellence team.

I worked with Dragos Leonte at Stefanini in the Applications Development department, initially being his Line Manager, and later in the role of Applications Development Director. At the time, Dragos was an ambitious young programmer, willing to learn and develop within the department, as well as within the company. The interaction between us was always open and positive, and it was closely related to the overall picture of the projects under maintenance and/or development, the relationship with the clients on the projects he participated in as well as his contractual relationship with the company. During the years we collaborated, he was committed, responsible and delivered according to expectations.

I was working with Paul for a few years in different projects in the beginning and after, as part of my team. He is special guy, smart IT developer and hard worker and in the same time a sensitive person. It’s unique mix that can put heart in what he is doing. I had the chance to work with Paul at NextUp on their accounting software. This meant working on complex logic which demanded strong .NET and SQL skills which Paul poses. He is a hard-working, energetic and highly motivated person. I believe he would be a great asset to any organization.
